With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including leadership roles at major firms, I created Clark Corporate Realty as a specialty practice focused on senior-level execution and strategic guidance across office leasing, relocations, acquisitions/dispositions, and workplace strategy.

I advise organizations on real estate decisions affecting growth, operating costs, occupancy needs, and long-term business objectives.

Experience includes 3M+ square feet of lease negotiations and $300M+ in commercial building sales trasactions, representing institutional owners, private organizations, nonprofits, and investors.
